A 100% Nebbiolo from a 0.27 ha vineyard in Neive, aged 12 months in French oak and four months in steel.
Tasting notes
Ruby red with slight orange reflections. On the nose, intriguing and compact notes of violet and red fruit, with light balsamic hints.

- Vinification
- After careful hand selection at harvest, the grapes are gently crushed and destemmed. Fermentation and maceration take place in stainless steel tanks for 20 days at 26-28 °C, followed by malolactic fermentation in steel. The wine ages 12 months in French oak tonneaux and barriques, then four months in steel.
