A 100% Barbera from a 0.36 ha vineyard in Coazzolo, aged 12 months in French oak and four months in steel.
Tasting notes
Intense ruby red with purple reflections. On the nose, fully ripe fruit with fresh undertones and notes of peach and apricot.

- Vinification
- After careful hand selection at harvest, the grapes are gently crushed and destemmed. Fermentation and maceration take place in stainless steel tanks for 20 days at 28-30 °C, followed by malolactic fermentation in steel. The wine ages 12 months in French oak tonneaux and barriques, then four months in steel.
