Sparkling
Sansannée
By Marcalberto, Langhe, Piemonte, Italy
Sansannée, French for "without a year", is Marcalberto's multi-vintage Metodo Classico, a variable blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from several harvests meant to show the estate's consistent house style.
Tasting notes
Delicate and persistent perlage, bright straw yellow colour with exceptional golden highlights. Intense bouquet with notes of brioche and vanilla, strong and balanced on the palate with extraordinary freshness.
Pairs well with
Ideal as an aperitif, and an excellent match for seafood, fish dishes and white meat.
