Tasting notes
Delicate and persistent perlage, intense straw yellow colour with golden highlights. Very expressive bouquet of rusks and citrus, complex and vibrant on the palate with extraordinary freshness and persistence.
Pairs well with
Perfect throughout the meal, and expresses itself best with snails and truffle-based dishes.
