Tasting notes
Pale cerasuolo red with coppery reflections. Hints of small red fruit such as redcurrant and raspberry. Elegant palate with good freshness and savouriness.
Pairs well with
Light dishes such as starters, fish and undemanding first courses.

- Light crushing and destemming, short maceration of the skins with the must, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel for about 14-18 days. Ageing: one month in bottle.
