Lightly sparkling, sweet Moscato d'Asti stopped at about 5% alcohol in autoclave.
Tasting notes
Pale to more intense straw yellow with fine, elegant perlage. Fruity, fragrant nose with orange blossom, citrus and peach. Low in alcohol, sweet and pleasant, with intense aromatic flavours and long persistence.
Pairs well with
End-of-meal wine, or with desserts and fruit.

- Soft pressing of the grapes. The must goes to an autoclave to ferment; when alcohol reaches about 5% fermentation is stopped. The wine is then microfiltered and bottled.
