Metodo Classico from Chardonnay and Pinot Nero, at least 30 months on the lees.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fine, persistent bubbles. Citrus and floral notes with a light toasted hint of hazelnut and bread crust that evolves with time. Fresh palate with lively acidity and a balance of minerality and savouriness.
Pairs well with
Aperitif, fish dishes and fried food.

- Grapes from high-hill vineyards, hand-picked and gently pressed; alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks for about 15 days. About six months of ageing, then bottling (tiraggio) in late spring, followed by a minimum of 30 months on the lees. Classic method.
