San Guglielmo

By Malvira, Roero, Piemonte, Italy

Malvira San Guglielmo

A historic blend handed down from the Damonte brothers' maternal grandfather, made only in a few vintages, from the San Guglielmo slope of the S.S. Trinita vineyard.

Tasting notes

Deep ruby red. Fruity, with notes of blackberry, plum and tobacco, turning complex and spicy with age. Full-bodied but smooth on the palate, with vanilla and leather hints.

Pairs well with

Lamb, bollito (boiled meat), bagna cauda, Parmesan.
