The rose version of Malvira's Nebbiolo-based sparkling wine. Certified organic from the 2019 harvest.
Tasting notes
Pale pink, onion skin colour. Small red fruits, white peach and hints of pomegranate. Balanced and dry on the palate, fresh but not tart, with a fine, persistent perlage.

Aperitif.

- First and second fermentation in stainless steel tanks; maturation on the lees at controlled temperature. Refermentation comes only from the residual sugar of the base wine.
