Malvira's Nebbiolo-based sparkling wine, made by tank fermentation (Charmat method).

Tasting notes

Pale straw yellow. Floral, fruity and slightly herbal, with white peach. Balanced and savory on the palate, with a fine, persistent perlage.

Pairs well with

Aperitif, summer salads, pasta, fish, seafood, chicken.
