Tasting notes
Dull garnet red colour with a complex, intense bouquet of violet and red fruit, lighter scents of dried flowers and spices. Elegant and harmonious in the mouth, with sweet, silky tannins, persistent and balanced.
Pairs well with
Rich and succulent rice and pasta dishes, generous and sometimes fatty mains, the local “finanziera”, or enjoyed on its own.
