Tasting notes
Ruby red with violet highlights, an intense, complex bouquet of red berries with sweet notes of vanilla and coffee. Full, warm palate with liquorice and balanced tannins, important structure and a persistent finish.
Pairs well with
Well-matured cheeses, prestigious steaks such as Fassona or T-bone, and braised Bue Grasso (fattened ox).
