A Metodo Classico Brut of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, named after the family, aged 30 to 36 months on the lees before disgorging.
Tasting notes
Deep straw-coloured with a fine, persistent perlage. Aroma of crusty bread with vanilla and hazelnut notes, elegant and complex, toasted notes on the palate and a sweet aroma of dried apricot.
Pairs well with
Excellent as an aperitif or through a whole meal: starters, pasta, risotto, fish and shellfish, tempura, vegetables and white meats.
