Tasting notes
Bright and clear. White flowers and boxwood on the nose, with tropical fruit, pineapple, lychee and citrus notes. Fresh, tangy and harmonious on the palate.
Pairs well with
Simple and more elaborate starters, fish and shellfish, pasta with delicate sauces, risotto, vegetables and white meats. Suggested with the local “torta verde”.
