Tasting notes
Intense, floral wine with a pleasant sweetness balanced by acidity, the typical aromatic bouquet of Moscato d'Asti, full and persistent, with light scents of sage. About 5% alcohol.
Pairs well with
All kinds of desserts, chilled to about 6 to 8 degrees C; hazelnut cakes, zabaione, pears and gorgonzola, or a hot summer afternoon treat.
