A Gavi DOCG from vines over thirty years old on clay-rich white soils in the highest hills of Gavi, made using cryomaceration: skins macerate 36 hours at 5°C before fermentation at 18°C.
Tasting notes
Full-bodied, with intense, fruity aromas and persistent floral notes, given greater structure through a special type of maceration called cryomaceration.

Pairs well with appetizers, white meat and all fish dishes.
