Tasting notes
Golden color with a fine perlage. Intense bouquet with floral accents. Full-bodied flavor evoking dried fruit, with the minerality of the territory giving it a persistent taste.
Pairs well with
Excellent as an aperitif, with fish and shellfish, and also with cheese.
