White
Rosserto
By Giovanni Manzone, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
A deep, intriguing white made from Rossese Bianco, a rare indigenous variety that Giovanni Manzone rescued from near extinction and replanted in 1982, becoming Langa's leading producer of it. Aged in tonneaux and released about 2 years after harvest.
Tasting notes
Pale straw in color, this Rossese Bianco presents delicate floral and citrus notes on the nose. The palate is crisp and refreshing with a subtle mineral undertone.
