Riesling clones brought from Alsace and Mosel by Domenico Almondo at the end of the 1980s, planted on a stony, sandy plot at 360 m, the grape's southernmost planting for the family. Certified organic (IT-BIO-015, Agricoltura Italia).
Tasting notes
Fresh, herbal and floral aromas: basil, peppermint, rue, chamomile, acacia honey, Granny Smith apple; tight, essential, soft and savoury on the palate.
