White
Le Rive Del Bricco Delle Ciliegie
By Giovanni Almondo, Roero, Piemonte, Italy
A single-parcel Arneis from a steep, clay-and-limestone plot of the Bricco delle Ciliegie hill, separated from the estate's other Arneis for its exceptional mineral depth and ageing potential.
Tasting notes
Lemon, citron and yellow peach, then white pepper and sage, with hints of stone and resin; dry, very long and deeply savoury, almost salty on the palate.
