A Moscato d'Asti from a vineyard in Santa Libera above Canelli. Sorì is the dialect word for the sunniest part of the hill.
Tasting notes
Pale straw yellow, with the typical Moscato bouquet of orange blossom and moss; delicately sweet flavour with hints of apple and peach.
Pairs well with
Crumbly desserts; ideal for infusing with fruit such as strawberries and peaches
