A sweet sparkling Asti from Canelli Moscato. Rapulin d'or is the dialect expression for little golden bunch.
Tasting notes
Pale straw yellow. Typical Moscato bouquet of orange blossom and moss; delicately sweet flavour with hints of apple and peach. Less sweet than the flush-corked Moscato d'Asti and fizzier.
Pairs well with
Crumbly desserts; ideal for infusing with fruit such as strawberries and peaches
