A sweet, lightly sparkling Moscato d'Asti from 100% Moscato bianco on marly, south-west facing hills at Castiglione Tinella. Low in alcohol (5% vol) and made in pressure tank.

- Whole-bunch pressing after about 12 hours of skin contact in the press with enzymes; the clarified must ferments in pressure tank at 14 to 15 °C to about 5% alcohol and 1 to 1.2 bar, then is chilled to 0 °C to stop fermentation, filtered, cold-stabilised and filtered again before bottling. About 15 days. 5% vol, residual sugar about 120 to 130 g/l, total acidity about 6 g/l.
