Tasting notes
Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections; floral notes and a delicate dried-fruit taste; acid and balanced on the palate.

Starters, light first courses, fish, pizza, white meats; also as an aperitif

- About 12 hours of skin contact in the press, pressing at no more than 1.8 bar, static settling, then fermentation with selected yeasts at 14 to 15 °C for 20 days, stirred twice a day for 5 minutes to keep fine lees in suspension; no malolactic; 3 months in steel. 12% vol, residual sugar about 2 g/l, total acidity about 6 g/l.
