A Nebbiolo from a south-facing vineyard at Santo Stefano Belbo, aged four months in used barriques. Named for the daisies that grow among the vines in summer.
Tasting notes
Intense, fruity aromas and deep colour; with barrique ageing a ruby red with garnet reflections. The name comes from the daisies (margherite) that bloom in the vineyard in summer.

- Destemmed and crushed, fermented in vertical steel tanks with selected yeasts at 27 to 28 °C for 7 to 10 days with pump-overs and delestage; malolactic in steel; in steel until March, then 4 months in used 225-litre French oak barriques (medium toast). 13.5% vol, residual sugar about 2 to 3 g/l, total acidity about 6 g/l.
