Selvalunga, meaning 'long wood', is a Colline Novaresi DOC made from 100% Uva Rara, an easy-drinking, versatile red intended for everyday enjoyment.
Tasting notes
Pale ruby red colour. Nose centred on raspberry, cherry, rose and violet. Medium-bodied, savoury palate with medium persistence.
Pairs well with
Cured meats and fresh cheeses, white meats and grilled dishes
