Mottobello, meaning 'beautiful hill', is Brigatti's white Colline Novaresi DOC, made from native white grapes from a 1-hectare, south-west facing vineyard, dry and food-versatile.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow colour. Pronounced floral notes of chamomile, jasmine and wildflowers with fruity citrus hints including cedar. Medium-bodied, savoury palate with medium persistence.
Pairs well with
Fresh cheeses, white meats and grilled dishes, fish and shellfish
