Maria is a single-variety Vespolina named by Francesco Brigatti after his daughter, prized for the grape's naturally peppery, spicy character.
Tasting notes
Ruby red colour with violet reflections. Forest fruit, spice and black pepper aromas. Full palate with robust but pleasant tannins.

Rich dishes including cured meats, cotechino, creamy cheeses, first and second courses with sauces
