Campazzi, meaning 'bad field' after land once thought unsuitable for grain, is Brigatti's 100% Barbera Colline Novaresi DOC, aged 6 months in French oak tonneaux with batonnage.
Tasting notes
Intense ruby red colour. Notes of plum and cherry with hints of red berries, vanilla, cocoa and violet. Full, structured palate with well-polished tannins.

Snails, Bagna Cauda, sausages and grain soups
