Carema from selected Nebbiolo, made only in great vintages from the estate vines in Carema. About 3,000 bottles are produced.
Tasting notes
Deep, clear and dense garnet red. Intense spice and ripe red fruit, with fine violet, wild berries and vanilla. Good alcoholic warmth and developing tannins; structured and harmonious, best after some years of bottle ageing.

Red meats, braised dishes, game and aged cheeses

- A further selection of Nebbiolo picked around 20 October, fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks with about ten days of maceration. Aged 36 months in barrique and tonneau.
