Passito from air-dried Erbaluce, aged four years. About 2,000 bottles are produced.
Tasting notes
Yellow with strong golden highlights. Ripe fruit, honey, jam, apricot and sweet flowers, with lasting toasted aromas. Soft and balanced, good structure, with final notes of vanilla and toasted fruit.
Pairs well with
Dry pastries and blue cheeses, or as a meditation wine

- Grapes from the La Torrazza vineyard in Borgomasino, set in small crates so bunches sit side by side. After about five months of drying, they are selected and slowly pressed in early March. The must ferments in barrique and the wine ages four years, at least two in barrique.
