Red
Unoperuno
By Elio Altare, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
Unoperuno is Elio Altare's Barolo project in which every berry is separated from the bunch by hand, made in about 1,200 bottles from a blend of grapes across all the estate's vineyards.
Tasting notes
Light ruby red with garnet reflections. Fruity and floral notes. Delicate and elegant, with a finish of rose and flowers.
