Olivia

First bottled from the 2023 harvest, Olivia comes from Dosio's Sauvignon vines planted at 500 metres and is named for the Lanci family's Weimaraner, who used to walk the rows with the estate's late owner and whose memory the wine now carries.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with greenish reflections; a fine, elegant bouquet with primary aromas recalling acacia and sage, and secondary aromas typical of Sauvignon Blanc; fresh, sapid and pleasantly balanced on the palate.
