Dosio Vigneti
Dosio Vigneti has made wine in La Morra since 1974, when an eighteenth-century farmhouse on the Serradenari hill was converted into a winery. Since 2010 the estate has belonged to the Lanci family, who renovated the cellar and added new tasting and hospitality spaces while keeping the old farmhouse intact. The vineyards climb to 500 metres on Serradenari, one of the highest points in the Barolo zone, and reach the neighbouring Fossati cru on the boundary with the commune of Barolo, where Dosio's Barolo Fossati has carried the vineyard name on its label since 1982. Alongside Barolo, Barbaresco and a range of Langhe wines, the estate also grows Riesling, Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc next to Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto and Freisa, and has held SQNPI sustainability certification since the 2022 harvest. La Morra is one of the eleven communes of the Barolo denomination, on the Langhe hills that UNESCO listed as a World Heritage Site in 2014.

Wines from Dosio Vigneti
- Barbera d'Alba Superiore: Barbera d'Alba DOC Superiore, Barbera, Red. In its Superiore version, Dosio's Barbera d'Alba spends time in oak, which brings out notes of cocoa and vanilla alongside the variety's cherry and redcurrant fruit.
- Barilà: Langhe DOC Nebbiolo, Nebbiolo, Cabernet Franc, Red. Dosio blends Nebbiolo with Cabernet Franc in Barilà, aged in oak.
- Barolo Bussia: Barolo DOCG, Nebbiolo, Red. Dosio's Barolo from the Bussia cru, aged for at least 18 months in large oak barrels of different sizes.
- Barolo del Comune di La Morra: Barolo DOCG del Comune di La Morra, Nebbiolo, Red. Dosio's classic, commune-level Barolo, grown on the part of the Serradenari hill where the soil turns to richer sand; the first of the estate's Barolo to reach drinking balance.
- Barolo Fossati: Barolo DOCG, Nebbiolo, Red. Dosio's Barolo Fossati was the first wine to carry the Fossati vineyard name on its label, in 1982; being a warmer, limestone-soil site, it is a more nervy Barolo in youth that gains character with age.
- Barolo Fossati Riserva: Barolo DOCG Riserva, Nebbiolo, Red. Dosio's first Riserva, released in 2008, comes from the Fossati cru on the La Morra/Barolo boundary, the vineyard that has carried Dosio's name since 1982.
- Barolo Serradenari: Barolo DOCG, Nebbiolo, Red. Dosio's first vintage from the Serradenari cru was 2003; the winery has farmed the whole south-facing side of this, the highest MGA in the Barolo denomination, since its own founding here in 1974.
- Eventi: Langhe DOC, Merlot, Red. Eventi is made only from Merlot, from among the first vines planted in the village of La Morra, now more than 40 years old; the wine takes its power and elegance from that vineyard's soil and is aged in oak.
- La Dimora: Barbera d'Alba DOC, Barbera, Red. Dosio's steel-aged, everyday Barbera d'Alba, named for the estate's own farmhouse, La Dimora.
- Langhe Freisa: Langhe DOC Freisa, Freisa, Red. Once widespread in the Langhe before Nebbiolo took over for Barolo and Barbaresco, Freisa is now a rarity; Dosio still grows it, selecting the grapes carefully and ageing the wine in oak.
- Langhe Nebbiolo: Langhe DOC Nebbiolo, Nebbiolo, Red. Dosio's steel-aged Langhe Nebbiolo, a wine with a strong personality that the estate says keeps evolving in bottle.
- Langhe Riesling: Langhe DOC Riesling, Riesling, White. Riesling was planted from the same long-standing passion for international varieties that gave Dosio its Merlot, Eventi, in the early 1970s; today it expresses that passion in a wine that is soft yet fresh, ageing well…
- Metodo Classico Brut: VSQ Metodo Classico Brut, Chardonnay, Sparkling. Dosio's own sparkling wine, a Chardonnay Metodo Classico aged about a year on its lees in bottle.
- Momenti: Langhe DOC, Red. Perhaps Piemonte's most classic blend, Momenti pairs Nebbiolo and Barbera, two grapes of different structure and colour, both aged in fine oak for a long, slow evolution in bottle.
- Montersino: Barbaresco DOCG, Nebbiolo, Red. Dosio's Barbaresco, from the Montersino vineyard, joined the range in 2021 alongside the estate's first Langhe Riesling and Langhe Freisa.
- Nassone: Dolcetto d'Alba DOC Superiore, Dolcetto, Red. Dosio's Dolcetto d'Alba Superiore, bottled under the Nassone name, in its Superiore version shows an impenetrable ruby red.
- Olivia: Langhe DOC Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, White. First bottled from the 2023 harvest, Olivia comes from Dosio's Sauvignon vines planted at 500 metres and is named for the Lanci family's Weimaraner, who used to walk the rows with the estate's late owner and whose…
- Per Ti: Vino Rosato, Rosé. A rosé made by crushing red-skinned grapes vinified in white, with the skins left to macerate briefly with the must, which gives Per Ti its pink colour.
- Roero Arneis: Roero Arneis DOCG, Arneis, White. Dosio's Roero Arneis, one of the traditional Piemontese white grapes the estate has grown since its founding, is vinified in steel.
