White
Selmu
By Davide Carlone, Alto Piemonte, Piemonte, Italy
A skin-macerated white from an indigenous local grape variety, under the Colline Novaresi DOC Bianco, aged 8-10 months in steel.
Tasting notes
Intense yellow with amber highlights. Skin maceration enriches the must with aromatic substances, giving a wine rich in perfume with a bouquet of tertiary aromas such as ripe fruit and spices. Enveloping and gritty on the palate, with great personality; quite gastronomic.
Pairs well with
Suitable for pairing with local dishes.
