A rosé made from 100% Nebbiolo under the Colline Novaresi DOC Nebbiolo, briefly aged in steel and bottled young.
Tasting notes
Soft pink. A persistent bouquet rich in floral and fruity notes. Fresh and delicate on the palate, with the personality of Nebbiolo.
Pairs well with
Delicate and fish dishes. Also excellent for aperitifs.
