Red
Rosa Spina
By Cinzia Bergaglio, Gavi, Piemonte, Italy
A red from Tassarolo made with 6 days of maceration; full-bodied with balanced tannins.
Tasting notes
Intense ruby red. Ripe fruit on the nose with clear notes of red berries and a light spiciness. Full-bodied and velvety on the palate, with good structure and balanced tannins; cherry and berry aromas with a long finish.
Pairs well with
A wine for the whole meal, suited to white and red meats.
