Tasting notes
Soft straw yellow. Floral, fresh and intense on the nose with hints of yeast and bread crust. Well balanced on the palate, with good acidity and body; full-bodied and refreshing, with citrus notes.
Pairs well with
Starters, pasta and fish first courses, dry pastries.
