A 100% Cortese Gavi DOCG from Tassarolo, direct-pressed and fermented in thermo-controlled tank.
Tasting notes
Light straw yellow with green tints. Delicate, fresh and fragrant on the nose, with acacia flowers, hawthorn and green apple. Harmonic on the palate with good acidity and savouriness, marked acidity, pleasant and persistent, with an aftertaste of apricot and peach.
Pairs well with
Cocktails, appetisers, seafood, soups, fresh cheese.
