A 100% Cortese Gavi del Comune di Gavi DOCG; also sold under the name 'Rovereto' for the Russian export market.
Tasting notes
Pale golden yellow with greenish highlights. Ethereal, fruity and pleasantly fragrant on the nose, with golden apple, acacia and banana notes. Harmonic and nicely balanced on the palate with savoury acidity, pronounced freshness and finesse, a long finish and hints of aniseed.
Pairs well with
Cocktails, appetisers, seafood, soups, fresh cheese.
