A passito-style sweet Cortese from Tassarolo, soft-pressed and fermented at controlled temperature.
Tasting notes
Intense straw yellow. Citrusy, floral and intense on the nose. Well balanced on the palate with good acidity and excellent body; tropical fruit, acacia and citrus notes, sweet and full-bodied, velvety.
Pairs well with
Ideal at the end of a meal, with fresh and dry pastry.
