A dry, structured Dolcetto d'Asti from a Dolcetto vineyard planted more than 30 years ago, named after the small family vineyard near the house that inspired the label.
Tasting notes
Red with violet highlights; intense aromas of blackberry and cherry, full bodied on the palate with good structure and persistence, lightly tannic with an almond finish.
Pairs well with
Good throughout a meal, especially with roasted vegetables or first courses like tajarin with mushrooms; traditionally paired with bagna cauda.
