White
Fanciòtein
By Cerutti, Asti, Piemonte, Italy
A young, fresh Cortese white named 'the little one' (fanciòtein) in Piedmontese dialect, from a Cortese vineyard over 20 years old.
Tasting notes
Pale straw yellow; an elegant bouquet with notes of almond and white peach, balanced freshness on the palate with a surprisingly long finish.
Pairs well with
Good as an aperitif, or with fish and vegetable dishes; also good with starters and white meat.
