A barrel-fermented white from a small, late-harvest pick of white grapes, named 'a few baskets' (poche ceste) in Piedmontese dialect for the limited quantity gathered.
Tasting notes
Intense straw to golden yellow. Persistent, spicy aromas carry through on the palate, structured and well balanced.
Pairs well with
Excellent with blue-veined and aged cheeses, fish and white meat dishes.
