A low-alcohol, gently sparkling dessert wine from a historic Moscato bianco vineyard over 60 years old, named 'Risulein', dialect for the small birds that live in the estate's hills.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with bright golden highlights. An elegant, delicate bouquet drawing its distinctive aroma from the Moscato bianco grape.
Pairs well with
Excellent with fruit, desserts and pastries, especially stuffed panettone and filled cakes.
