Tasting notes
Colour: deep ruby red with purple hues. Bouquet: great intensity, fine, with hints of red fruit, balanced, alcoholic, with musky hints. Taste: full-bodied, savoury, with typical musky hints and a high but pleasant alcohol content giving a sweet finish.
Pairs well with
Red meat dishes, stews, local dishes and medium-aged cheeses.
