Tasting notes
Colour: intense, deep ruby red with light violet reflections. Bouquet: intense and persistent, with clear hints of red fruit such as ripe cherries and redcurrants, and in the finish light notes of mountain herbs, minerals and smoke. Taste: an intriguing fresh, savoury energy; soft, warm and intense, with a slightly woody profile.
Pairs well with
First courses, white and red meats, medium-aged cheeses.
