Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow. Fresh notes of white flowers, white-fleshed fruit and aromatic herbs on the nose. Fresh and balanced on the palate, with good persistence and a slightly almond finish.

Lean appetizers, white meats, fish; also as an aperitif

- Direct pressing, fermentation for 20 days at controlled temperature (about 15 C). Batonnage for 2 months, then bottle.
