Tasting notes
Golden yellow. Aromas of pineapple and exotic fruit. The tannin from the skin maceration is evident on the palate, with marked acidity.

- Maceration on the skins for 5 to 6 days, then drawn off and fermented without skins for about 20 days at 13-15 C. Batonnage for 2 months, then bottle.
