White
Noè
By Cascina La Barbatella, Nizza, Piemonte, Italy
A Cortese and Sauvignon Blanc blend, first produced in 1995, made to be enjoyed young or with some bottle age.
Tasting notes
The fresh minerality of Cortese meets the structure of Sauvignon Blanc in an unusual white wine, fruity, lively and exuberant when young but also capable of ageing well.
Pairs well with
Aperitifs and hearty appetizers.
